Questions From Our Customers:

Q:What are the benefits of having Nitrogen (N2) rather than air in my tires?

A:  Fuel savings, increased safety, longer tire life, superior handling, decreased wheel corrision and maintaining proper inflation 3-4 times longer

Q: How does Nitrogen work?

A:  N2 is larger molecule than O2.  Therefore, it cannot escape as easily as oxygen through porous material such as rubber tire walls. Since leakage is at a much slower rate, tires maintain proper pressure roughly 3-4 times longer than air filled tires.  N2 filled tires also reduce tire heat, thereby decreasing rolling resistance and increasing fuel economy.

Q: Is Nitrogen flammable?

A:  O2 is a flammable gas while N2 is an extinguishing gas. Thus, a large number of mass transportation companies around the world fill their tires with N2 for added fire and explosion safety. In a vehicle fire, ruptured air filled tires fuel the fire where N2 filled tires slow the fire.  N2 has been used in tires for many years on aircraft, ilitary vehicles, off road trucks, racecars and even Tour de France bicycles.

Q:  What is the cost?

A:  It is a one time charge of $29.95 for all four tires.

Q:  What happens if my tire is low or goes flat?

A:  If your tire looks low or is flat  simply put air in your tire and at your convenience stop in. We will refill your tire at no charge.
