Kevin (Rochelle, IL): "I just want to let you know of the service I received from you and you guys. I was traveling home from Milwaukee, WI when my truck starting vibrating very badly. I thought it was a flat tire or bad gas, but when I pulled over and checked the tires and they were good. The truck died and I knew it was something bad at that point. I was able to nurse the truck into your shop where the mechanics went through everything - you had someone working on it quickly. As it turned out it was something that could not be fixed that day and parts would be in on the next day. I could not believe you offered a loaner and called the next day (every 2 hours) to let me know when the truck was ready or to just let me know how things were going. I could not be more pleased with the way I was serviced or the work your guys did."
